A Message to Our Patrons – ALL performances at The State Theatre of Ithaca are currently postponed due to state and federal restrictions on public gatherings.
For shows that have been RESCHEDULED, your tickets will be good for the new date. You only need to contact us if you cannot attend.
For shows that have been POSTPONED, please hold tight. We are working hard on rescheduling these performances. We will contact you when we have more information.
If your performance has been CANCELLED, the value of your tickets has been turned into Credit and refunds can be issued if that is your preference.
As a non-profit organization, we rely on both ticket sales and donations to cover annual operating costs. While canceling and postponing is important for the health of our patrons, staff, and volunteers, it creates a significant loss for this institution.
Consider being a Ticket Hero today:
∙ Be patient with us – keep your rescheduled or postponed tickets.
∙ Be hopeful with us – keep and use your State Theatre Ticket Credit in the future
∙ Be committed to us – in lieu of a refund, donate your paid tickets value to The State Theatre of Ithaca
Please contact our Box Office at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
We understand that these are challenging times for many of you and we are committed to providing flexibility to meet your needs. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
This is just an intermission. With continued community support, WE WILL BE BACK!
