Kicking off The State Theatre's 90th year celebration -- we are STOKED to bring you SAVED BY THE 90s!

Hailing originally from New York City and now active all over the U.S., this party has tons of live 90s music from a totally fresh band (they're da bomb).Get ready for everything from Third Eye Blind to the Spice Girls, from The Backstreet Boys to The Beastie Boys. And after that, we're not leaving you hangin'! As if! Get jiggy with the DJ spinning dope tunes all night.

DJ ha-MEEN (aka Benny Blanco from Da'troit, aka DJ Funksutawney Phil, aka DJ No-U-Got-Me-Confused-wit-Some1-Else, aka DJ Triple One-Eight) lives in Ithaca, NY where he rocks dancefloors of all stripes with his unique blend of Classic Hip Hop, R&B, Funk n' Soul, House, Salsa, Boogaloo, Dancehall, Reggaeton, Bboy/Bgirl Breaks, and other miscellaneous funkiness.

Among many other projects, he is the creator and organizer of the Ithaca DJ Festival (fb.com/IthacaDJfestival) and co-host of the Funk First podcast (fb.com/FunkFirstPodcast). When not DJing, he is in Clark Kent mode and goes by the name "Ben Ortiz," curator of the Cornell Hip Hop Collection of Archives. ​
